Swedish House Mafia Information
The Swedish electronic dance group, Swedish House Mafia, is a trio of disc jockeys and producers named Axwell, Steve Angello, and Sebastian Ingrosso. They have been called "the faces of mainstream progressive house music" since their start in 2008 and have placed at No. 10 on the DJ Magazine top 100 DJ Poll 2011.
The group's first production was released in 2007 and called "Get Dumb." It was produced with Laidback Luke, who also collaborated with them in 2009 on "Leave The World Behind" with Deborah Cox. Swedish House Mafia's first official single, "One (Your Name)," was released in 2010 and achieved international success. Their next single, "Miami 2 Ibiza," charted at No. 4 in the UK Chart in 2010. Both of these singles were taken from the album "Until One" which is a collection of productions and remixes from Swedish House Mafia as both a group and as individuals. They released four more singles after that and their final track "Don't You Worry Child" was released in September of 2012.
Their second compilation album, "Until Now," was released in October and will form the soundtrack to their One Last Tour. Swedish House Mafia has announced that this will be their last tour before a hiatus.
