  • If your event is cancelled, you will always be entitled to a full refund for your purchase.
  • If your event is rescheduled, your tickets will always be honored for the new event date and time.
  • If you cannot attend an event, an Ace Ticket pricing expert can relist and manage your tickets for resale.
